Unique Building Solutions is a small team of experienced craftsmen based in Ashford Kent.
We specialise in the restoration of period and listed properties and the creation of high-end unique buildings across the Kent and Sussex area.
Company director Andrew Wilcock is a fully qualified carpenter and has considerable experience in both period restorations and oak framed buildings. Other services include oak and period extensions.
Andrew completed a 3 year apprenticeship with a period restoration company after which he went onto work for a further 5 years in various multi skilled construction roles.
Andrew then spent 10 years work with one of Kent’s most well known period and listed building restoration company’s where he further developed his skills.
As a business Unique Building Solutions excel in a variety of traditional building techniques, which include; traditional Oak frame joints, lime mortar plastering, lime mortar brickwork and traditional stone walls.
Andrew firmly believes it is his job is to fully understand a client’s remit, and ideas, as to be trusted with the responsibility of a once in a lifetime build, is of huge significance.
As such all of our clients benefit from one point of contact this means each aspect of your build will be managed and completed by us.
