Harmony Mill is a historic Grade listed building in Little Chart, Ashford Kent. This particular project included creating a new lath and plaster ceiling.
We replaced the original ceilings defective oak beams using false kiln dried Oak; the team also created a bespoke Oak fireplace surround. The Oak fireplace surround also supported the building’s bridging beam and a failing historic join, which was over-time causing building deflection.
